Company activities and impact

The company is a community preschool open for 30 hours a week providing care and education to children aged 1-5 years. We access government funding to provide funded places to families in our village and surrounding areas. We employ six staff from the community.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are parents and staff of the preschool. We primarily consult verbally through parents evening and staff meetings.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £20,223. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
