    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable. Turnover includes revenue from the sales of goods. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer.

Company activities and impact

The Company's activities provided benefit to the Community in providing a space for art practitioners, events and exhibitions, the sale of various crafts, music items, literature as a retail outlet for art practitioners. The Community benefited by having access to a range of literature, book and musical events in the locality instead of having to travel, an outlet for local authors, artists and crafters to display and share their work.
