   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 0.

2. Off-balance sheet arrangements

   The company is a member of Yorkshire AI Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership in the business of investing in subsidiary trading companies. The company's partnership interest has been included in these accounts based on the amount originally contributed to the partnership.

DJHP HOLDINGS LIMITED (14965055) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is 11, Paradise Square, Sheffield, S1 2DE, England.

For the period ending 30 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2024 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
