1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including Section 1A Small Entities.

	Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
	Land and Buildings are recorded at cost. No depreciation is charged.

6.	Secured creditors
	Nottingham Building Society mortgage of £100,999, secured by land and buildings - 3 Briarwood Avenue, Clacton on Sea, CO15 5QX. This is an interest-only repayment loan, repayable over 35 years at variable interest rates.

7.	Directors advances, credits and guarantees
	Included within other creditors are amounts owed to the director of £92,990. No interest is charged and no date for repayment has been set.

	10 Ordinary shares were issued in full at par value during the year.

9.	Related party transactions
	Other creditors due after one year include £ 100,000 owed to a company whose director is a close family member of the director of JMS Developments & Lettings Ltd.
