In the first year of operation the company extended the network to 100's of partners with 1000's of years' experience and connected with many local authorities and NHS Trusts, our customers, to understand their needs and requirements. We continue to develop relevant 'products' and progress projects in Scotland and across the UK. Our focus has been on our wellness themed product inclusive of short term accommodation, housing, with amenities and facilities to support the theme. Our projects intent is to attain social impact and social value providing employment and economic benefit opportunities in the regions where our developments are situated, affording homes for key workers and other vulnerable people in our society, attaining net zero and eliminating fuel poverty in communities and allowing everyone to live well and healthily.
