Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 August 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

The turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents amounts invoiced during the eyar.

Other accounting policies

Taxation Current tax is recognised on taxable profit for the current and past periods. Current tax is measured at the amounts of tax expected to be paid or recovered using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted at the reporting date. Financial Instruments Financial instruments are classified and accounted for , according to the substance of the contractual arrangement, as either financial assets, financial liabilities or equity instruments. An equity instrument if any contract that evidences a residual interest in the assets of the company after deducting all of its liabilities.
