Not So Micro is a social enterprise focused on tackling the impact of microaggressions and promoting mental health, particularly among young people and marginalised communities. Although the company has not traded or delivered school-based programmes during the financial year, it has been actively involved in the #TakeRacismSeriouslyCampaign. During the financial year 2024-2025, the company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: - raised awareness of everyday racism and its mental health impacts through digital media, which reached over 1,000 people across social platforms - collaborated with young people from diverse backgrounds to co-produce campaign content, supporting youth voice and lived experience in shaping public discourse - influenced local discussions around racial equity by contributing to conversations with education stakeholders and community leaders - helped normalise conversations around racial trauma and microaggressions, especially within educational and youth settings, by sharing accessible digital resources

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £1800. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
