Designed for Impact. Packed with Purpose.
At Amplify Goods, we create suds and scents with substance – and we’re proud to share the story of how every bottle, every partnership, and every hour of work we generate brings us closer to the inclusive, regenerative economy we believe in.
We’re a 100% diverse women-owned and led UK Social Enterprise, certified by WeConnect, OutBritain and SEUK. We exist to amplify people and planet over profit – and this year, we’ve continued to put purpose at the heart of every product we make and every decision we take.
PEOPLE
Purpose in Every Bottle. Opportunity in Every Box.
We exist to unlock potential. Every Forever Bottle we produce creates up to 15 mins of real living wage work for people who have faced barriers to employment, including homelessness, disability, and displacement.
This year, we’ve: • Provided over 197 hours of paid work experience • Supported 11 individuals with stepping-stone opportunities • Partnered with 5 referral organisations: Beam, MenCap, NewLife, Praxis Community Projects, and Your Place
From preparing and packing products to building structure and routine, our supportive work environments aim to help people gain confidence, skills and the tools to move into long-term, stable jobs in distribution, events, and hospitality.
Social Return on Investment:
This year, our impact was independently reviewed by MeasureUp, certifying a Social Return on Investment (SROI) of £359,700 – meaning for every £1 spent by our distributors and customers, over £3.27 of social value was created, this can also be seen as a cost saving to society.
PLANET
Clean Ingredients. Cleaner Planet.
Our products are low-waste, low-carbon and powered by purpose. This year, we continued to invest in our planet-first commitments:
• Reuse: We're working to bring lower carbon products to market, packed with purpose into majority reused cardboard boxes and packing materials, giving them a second life.
• Carbon Positive: We offset 16.68 tonnes of carbon through Earthly (Rimba Raya Peatlands), and a further 72.38 tonnes of carbon through tree planting with Earthly, totalling 89.06 tonnes of carbon, exceeding our emissions by 5.06 tonnes using Normative.io methodology, covering scope 1-3. Blue-accredited by Neutral Carbon Zone.
• Tree Planting: Progressed our commitment of planting at least one tree per bulk order – drawing down from the 235 mangrove trees planted through Earthly.
• Plastic Recovery: We continue to commit and attain to a plastic positive position when comparing virgin plastic consumed by our manufacturing and the ocean bound plastic we have recovered via PCX, traceable by blockchain. We've now recovered 4000kg of ocean bound plastic and used under 600kg of virgin plastic - and are working to further reduce the use of virgin plastic - and eliminate single use-plastic.
• Plastic Avoided: Through our refill-first model and the sale of Forever Glass bottles, we have avoided 604.71 kg of virgin plastic, equivalent to 60,471 plastic bottles (10g bottle).
PARTNERSHIP & GIVING
Collaboration That Multiplies Impact
In a world where systemic change takes collective effort, we believe in lifting as we climb.
We’ve donated a total of £1090 to Wilderness Foundation and our Quiet Changemaker project via Women's Environmental Network Trust and Transforming Local Communities CIC. Our collaborations power real change – and we’re grateful for the people and organisations who share our values and vision.
LOOKING AHEAD
Mission-driven. Brand-led. Growth-minded.
We’re continuing to invest in new product development, deepen our referral network, and strengthen our brand as a market-leading ethical supplier for business and public sector partners.
Hosted by Crisis
We don’t just make eco-refills. We make room for better futures.
Thanks for standing with us. Let's keep amplifying good – together
