Company activities and impact

Instinctively Wild CIC has successfully delivered eco-therapy programmes that promote mental well-being through immersive nature experiences. By connecting individuals with the outdoors, their sessions reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Activities like mindful walking, bushcraft and nature based art foster personal growth, resilience and social connection. Grounded in evidence based practices, their programmes support both individual and community mental health. Designed for inclusivity, they serve diverse groups including those with long term mental health conditions. With a deep respect for the healing power of nature, Instinctively Wild CIC continues to inspire sustainable change in mental health care through compassionate, nature connected interventions.
