Company activities and impact

The company provides coffee barista training to disadvantaged people in the local area to help them find work or start their own businesses in the hospitality industry. -Six individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who received barista training through our programmes have successfully secured employment within the hospitality sector, helping to reduce local unemployment and support social mobility. -We have continued to collaborate with local organisations and charities to deliver training opportunities, ensuring access to high-quality skills development for those facing barriers to employment. -Our courses have not only equipped participants with practical barista and customer service skills but also boosted their confidence and sense of purpose, improving their long-term prospects and wellbeing.
