COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

FOOTLE UK CIC

Company Number: 14326902 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 August 2024

Company activities and impact

Within this financial year Footle has predominantly continued with the work with the farming community with regards to emotional and mental health support. Work has taken the form of 1:1 meetings with farmers supporting them in receiving the most appropriate help or support, attendance at farm walks within Lancashire and holding regular groups. Footle has also just started to work on a second core project working with the elderly or those with orthopaedic or neurological disorders that prevent them from accessing main stream exercise classes. Currently, training has been undertaken and visits to a couple of local groups have taken place to begin the consultation process for this project. The small amount of work that has been done in this area has shown a positive impact and it is projected that it will have a huge positive impact in the area once the project is fully running.

Consultation with stakeholders

The consultation is taking place with existing established groups within the geographical area and the stakeholders are the elderly community or those with disorders that need additional support to stay active.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
