For the first property the company have paid deposit of £98,340 before the year end, and the completion was just after the year end the total cost of the property was £229,620. A deposit of £46,500 has been paid for the 2nd property which is valued at £452,000 for which contract has been exchanged and therefore the company is committed to pay the remaining balance before the completion which is due by end of 2025. |
