The objects of the CIO are to work with people who have a learning disability, mental health issue or long term unemployed, to gain employment, this will be achieved in various ways and based on the service users' own needs and requirements. To advance in life and relieve the needs of young people who are in need by reason of their infirmity or disablement, particularly, but not exclusively, by providing support, activities and work experience which develop their skills, capacities, and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible adults.
