Company activities and impact

AA Educates empowers young individuals from underserved communities, equipping them with the skills they need to aspire for and achieve their dreams. We have provided students with unique opportunities, such as work-taster days and job shadowing, allowing them to gain a clearer understanding of their career options. We have raised aspirations and future goals, with students feeling more motivated to pursue higher education or vocational training.

Consultation with stakeholders

Yes, AA Educates CIC has actively engaged with key stakeholders throughout the year. Our stakeholders include young people aged 14–21, parents and carers, schools and colleges, community partners and funders. Consultation has taken place through regular feedback forms, focus groups with students, one-to-one conversations with educators, and check-in meetings with partner organisations. These consultations have helped shape the design and delivery of our workshops and programmes. In response to stakeholder feedback, we introduced our Better Communities Campaign to reflect students’ growing interest in the progress of their local communities. We also adjusted session timings and formats based on feedback from schools to better fit within the academic timetable and increase accessibility. We remain committed to ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders to ensure our work remains relevant, responsive, and impactful.
