We are actively working in the community of Kensington and Chelsea ever since the Grenfell tragedy which still has a detrimental effect on mental health Our primary goal is to Help and supporting our community in such very difficult and vulnerable times The organization was set up to assist and actively involve the residents of the borough of Kensington and Chelsea with our services improving both our Community, Security, Safety, and improving both Skills, Health Well-being, and Education We believe the future state of business will be measured in social value as much as it is going to be upon financial value Creating a wider range of impact in order to create a better society and community to engage The company was incorporated on 9th of June 2020 but have been active, before it became a CIC, since 14 June 2017 with volunteering work. We are performing a number of activities, professional services and education courses that is not elsewhere offered or that would not normally be available to our local residents in the borough Our courses include: Fire awareness: This qualification covers the following topics: Causes of fire in the workplace Fire hazards Fire risk assessment Fire safety inspections Role of the fire warden Induction briefings Door Supervision (SIA): The purpose and main features of the private security industry Legislation that is relevant to people working in the private security industry Maintaining health and safety in the workplace Understand elements of civil and criminal law Understanding admissions policy and search procedures Understand the powers of citizen’s arrest and related procedures Career Planning Employability training including CV writing, interview techniques, assistance with job search
