Company activities and impact

Plymouth Vanguards AFT has created opportunities for members of the community, regardless of ability or fitness level to participate in a sporting activity. Plymouth Vanguard AFT has over 100 active members, who participated on over 70 game days, and 50+ practices sessions. Helping the community to get fit and active. Training also has helped to promote fitness, discipline and build a positive attitude. Plymouth Vanguards AFT offer free American football to the people of Plymouth and do not charge fees to watch the game. In addition any merchandise uses local printers to help contribute back to the Plymouth business community. Through the year we worked closely with "Lifting the Lid" a campaign to enhance awareness of mental health struggles, whilst providing a place for members to discuss any problems or struggles outside of their daily lives.
