The company’s stakeholders are people with lived experience of extreme mental health distress sometimes called “ psychosis or mania” . Stakeholders also include their families and friends. We are based in North London. In our first year we have five accessible safe but creative and fun events for people who have struggles with their mental health and with friends and families. We have had four open mic events of around 50 attendees each time plus one art session of 12 people producing “Madzines”” We have also collaborated with a number of other allies and mental communities such as Outsider Music, The Asylum Magazine , Hope in the Heart and the Hearing Voices network We have recruited a community board of 5 directors who had direct lived experience of extreme emotional states, either as themselves or as a family member. To help us plan more activities and build our networks of support. We have met 4 times over the year.
We are consulting on an ongoing informal basis at present whilst we build our activities and networks of support. This includes suggestions from attendees at our events on how to run our events and Whatsapp groups. Our Board of Directors help oversee our events.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
