| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

| 12. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| The company received an interest free loan from Hootons Commercial Limited, a company of which Mr N C H Hooton is sole director and majority shareholder. At the year end the balance outstanding on this loan amounted to Nil (2023 £62,854). |
| In 2013, the company received an interest free loan from Your Stay Bristol Ltd ( previously known as Alderman Apartments Limited), a company of which Mr N C H Hooton is a director and also a shareholder. At the year end the balance outstanding on this loan amounted to £6,200 (2023 £6,200). |
| The company received an interest free loan from Keybridge Associates Limited, a company of which Mr N C H Hooton owns 50% of that company's share capital. The trade loan to Keybridge Associates Limited is repayable on demand. At the year end the balance outstanding on this loan amounted to £Nil (2023 £8,144). During the year, the trade loan from Keybridge Associates Limited amounted to £8,144. |
| Mr N C H Hooton is also a director of 5 M Associates Limited and owns 33.33% of that company's share capital. The trade loan to 5 M Associates Limited is repayable on demand. At the year end the balance outstanding on this loan amounted to £131,432 (2023 £131,432). |
| Mr N C Hooton is also a director of Cameron Property Limited and owns 50% of that company's share capital. The trade loan from Cameron Property Limited is repayable on demand and at the year end the balance outstanding on this loan amounted to £53,337. In 2023, trade loan to Cameron Property Ltd amounted to £41,750. |
| The company received an interest free loan from Evelynstone Limited, a company of which Mr N C H Hooton's close family member is sole director and majority shareholder. Evelynstone also charged management fees to the company in the sum of Nil (2023 £30,000 ) . At the year end the balance outstanding on the loan amounted to £110,000 (2023 £140,000). |
