The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 30 September 2024

Principal activities of the company

The purpose of the Company was to provide management services to the development comprising 27 flats known as Branscombe House, Gisburne Way, Watford in the county of Hertfordshire. The company has no income or expenditure in it's own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance of common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

Additional information

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property and all transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of Branscombe House are held on trust for the residents.

Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 September 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.
