3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees
Included in other creditors is £19,940 (2024: £30,831) owed to a director. During the year, the company advanced £11,281 to the director and received £390 in repayments from the director.  
The above loan is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
