1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets.

Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

Turnover represents the amounts receivable by the company attributable to the company's principal activities, excluding Value Added Tax. All income arose in the United Kingdom.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Stocks
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow moving items.

9. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company was under the control of the directors and shareholders throughout the current and previous year.

At 31 March 2025 the amount owing to the directors on their loan accounts amounted to £Nil (2024 - £Nil). Interest payable to the directors on their loan accounts amounted to £Nil (2024 - £Nil) during the year.

Mr R Corrie is a director and shareholder of Corrie Ltd and Mr TB Holliday is a non-beneficial shareholder of Corrie Ltd. Corrie Ltd charged R.T. Property Investments Ltd letting and property management fees of £6,020 for the year ending 31 March 2025. An amount of £Nil remained outstanding at 31 March 2025.

R.T. Property Investments Ltd is a director and shareholder of Maurice Webb Property Investors Ltd. Mr R Corrie and Mr TB Holliday are directors of Maurice Webb Property Investors Ltd. R.T. Property Investments Ltd charged Maurice Webb Property Investors Ltd £Nil for management and directors fees for the year ending 31 March 2025.

£270,750 is owed to Maurice Webb Property Investors Ltd, this amount is included in creditors due in over one year.
