The directors have not identified any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. In assessing whether the going concern basis is appropriate, the director has considered current and future plans along with all mitigating measures that might be put in place.
At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements and the financial statements do not include any adjustments that would be necessary if the going concern basis was not appropriate.
