Working in partnership with the NHS and other community stakeholders to provide mental health and other wellbeing services in our local communities. These activities have been proven to reduce mental health challenges and reduce the social determinants of mental health and reduce loneliness and social isolation.
Working in partnership with other stakeholders including Gloucestershire NHS Integrated Care Board, GP Surgeries, Forest of Dean District Council, Forest of Dean District Dementia Alliance, GRCC and DAISI. Carrying out social research with our partners to address local needs. This includes focus groups, questionnaires and intergroup meetings. As a result of these consultations Wye Dean Wellbeing has provided a range of innovative mental health, wellbeing and accessibility services created through co-production driven research and development, with a primary focus on the social determinants of health.
