1. General Information
Kingsley Court Management (Worcester Park) Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 08175917 . The registered office is C/O 2Manageproperty Ltd, 13 Loudwater Close, Sunbury On Thames, Middlesex, TW16 6DD.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Turnover
The company is a residents management company. It is not profit making but instead raises income and incurs expenditure on behalf of the leaseholders in respect of the communal running of the property. The company is run mutually for the benefit of its own shareholders who are also leaseholders of the property.
Turnover represents the amount of service charges raised during the year to cover the expenditure to be outlaid on the property.
