We deliver a range of creative arts therapy activities for wellbeing and mental health, retreats, Mindful reset programs (mindfulness and creative arts 6 weeks programme. The aim is to empower people to improve fu-ture outlooks, mental health and general wellbeing by learning about coping strategies, mindful techniques and creative arts therapy for wellbeing. We accommodate referrals from health professionals and direct en-quiries. All activities were in Mid to South Cornwall.
Regular conversations are taking place with participants of the different groups and potential future ones as well as with social prescribers. Meetings and conversations are looking at future funding for the activities to be free at the point of use. Applications for funding made in year 1
