| The company has no income or expenditure in its own right as all transactions relate to the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease, with the service charges being held on trust for the purpose of the section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. These transactions are shown separately within service charge accounts presented to lessees. |
