    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents property management charges receivable

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Plant and machinery including computers are depreciated at a rate of 18% on the reducing balance calculated to write off the assets over their expected useful lives
