3. Cessation of Trade
The company ceased trading on 31 May 2025. All trading operations have been discontinued, and there are no plans for future trading activity.
The financial statements have been prepared on a non-going concern basis, and assets have been measured at their net realisable value. Liabilities have been included at the amounts expected to be settled.
The directors have taken steps to wind down the operations, and any remaining assets and liabilities will be settled in due course.
For the year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
