During the financial year, Empath Aid CIC continued its mission of supporting vulnerable individuals, particularly those experiencing homelessness. The organisation worked directly with clients both on the streets and in temporary or permanent housing, providing tailored support to address complex needs including mental health challenges and substance misuse. Empath Aid CIC delivered a holistic support model, combining outreach services, one to one case management, and partnership working with health and social care providers. This helped clients access vital services, engage in treatment programs, and work toward long term recovery and stability. The organisation also focused on reintegration efforts, supporting clients in rebuilding their lives through community engagement, access to education and training, and preparation for employment. Through these initiatives, many individuals were empowered to regain independence and contribute positively to society. Empath Aid CIC’s work had a meaningful impact on both individuals and the wider community by reducing homelessness, alleviating pressure on emergency services, and fostering a more inclusive and supportive social environment.
Empathy Aid CIC regularly seeks out comments and feedback from both service users and community members to ensure that service users’ immediate needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded
Two thousand seven hundred pounds (£2,700.00).
