Company activities and impact

In our fourth year of operation, The Beacon Fulcrum Recovery Project has supported 10 individuals through our supported housing and recovery program. Of these, five successfully completed their placements and transitioned into independent living. Outcomes for our residents have included reunification with family members, including children, as well as re-engagement with full-time education and employment. Our service continues to offer a structured, abstinence-based environment, supporting individuals in their recovery from alcohol and substance misuse. We maintain our collaborative relationships with UK rehabilitation centres and Oakwood Prison, contributing to resettlement planning for inmates approaching release. Our engagement with local probation services is ongoing as we seek to expand our referral pathways. We remain committed to our mission of helping individuals achieve long-term, sustainable recovery and reintegration into the wider community.

Consultation with stakeholders

We continue to solidify links with all stakeholders who may have a vested interest in the project. Our stakeholders are: Detox/Rehabilitation clinics – substance/alcohol misuse agencies – doctors – probation services – prisons – mutual aid recovery groups – acute trust and mental health trust
