| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £. |
| The company was incorporated on 20 September 2023, at that point the company was called Castle Loch (Country Park) Ltd. The company changed its name on 9 October 2024. |
| Turnover |
| As the company is a corporate lender of monies to third parties, turnover comprises loan arrangement fees, receivable on the performance of duties carried out by Castle Loch, being that they have loaned the monies. |
| Other income largely comprises interest receivable from monies held on deposit. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
