Director's benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

During the year the director paid expenses of £520 (2023 - £3,089) on behalf of the company and the company repaid the director £2,569 (2023 - £nil).

 

The amount due to the director at the year end is £712,466 (2023 - £714,515). The balance is included within creditors due more than one year. No interest is charged on loans with the director.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

(e) the company has relied on the specified exemption as a micro company contained in section 352 Companies Act 2014; the company has done so on the grounds that it is entitled to the benefit of that exemption as a small company and I confirm that the abridged financial statements have been properly prepared in accordance with section 353 Companies Act 2014.true
