1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Tangible fixed assets
These financial statements depart from Financial Reporting Standard 102
and generally accepted accounting principles as depreciation has not been charged on the
freehold property. The directors consider the market value of the property to greatly exceed
cost, at which the property is reflected.

Had depreciation been charged over a straight line basis over 50 years the income and
expenditure account would have been charged £nil and the net book value of the
property at 30 September 2021 would be £1
