The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 March 2025

Principal activities of the company

The purpose of the Company is to provide management services to the development comprising 10 flats known as Flats 2-20 Regency Court, Regency Drive, Ruislip HA4 7EE.

Additional information

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property and all transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of Regency Court are held on trust for the residents.

Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.
