Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

Transactions with related parties
Mr C Doherty is a director of the company. During the year there were numerous small transactions with the company resulting in the balance owed by the company to him reducing from £3,671 at the beginning of the year to £2,825 at the end of the year. Ms H Bryson is a director of the company. During the year there were numerous small transactions with the company as a result of travel. The resulting balance owed by the company to her increased from £2,275 at the beginning of the year to £5,946 at the end of the year. Mr J Walsh is a director of the company. During the year there were numerous small transactions with the company as a result of travel. The resulting balance that was owed by the company to him was £5,705 at the end of the year.
