| As at 29 November 2024 the Company owed the director £36,527 (2023: £889) which is included within the creditors amounts falling due within one year. |

| Personal guarantees have been provided for the property in the company's name, by the director and one of the shareholders, they cover the full value of the outstanding mortgage. |
