2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Service charge income and expenditure

Following the issue of guidance from the Association of Residential Management Agents and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the company no longer accounts for service charge income and expenditure in its own financial statements. The guidance makes clear that any such amounts are held on trust by the company on behalf of the lessees to meet the relevant costs in relation to the property and are not part of the company's income, assets or liabilities.

3.	EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2023 - NIL).

The bank accounts are interest bearing.
