1. Investment in subsidiaries
On 1st October 2023 Firepower Holdings Limited acquired the issued share capital in FIT Shirts Limited and FI Real Estate Limited on a paper for paper basis.Both are wholly owned subsidiaries as at 30 September 2024.
For the year ending 30 September 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime..
The company is a holding company and is entitled to the exemption from preparing consolidated financial statements granted under s399 of the Companies Act. The company is not required to consolidate its subsidiaries because the company qualifies as a small group. The accompanying financial statements present the separate financial statements of the company not consolidated financial statements.
