Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to Darren Rule, a director, totalling £23,815 (2024 - £Nil). Repayments of £8,609 were made by 31 January 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 31 January 2025, was £15,206 (2024 - £Nil).
