Company activities and impact

The company continues to provide supported housing/living to the homeless in and around Bedfordshire. Current activities including mentoring and advice to allow service users to independently manage their futures in the community. Currently the business assist 24 users and aim to increase this over the upcoming economic period. Service users have found the business welcoming and are able to comfortably discuss their current circumstances from which further recommendations have been made to other individuals requiring similar support. Service users are welcome to an open review on a monthly basis to discuss further needs and assistance. This approach is continually being appreciated by local authorities with which the company maintains close ties. The company plans to expand its service to other local authorities for which initial consultations are currently underway.

Consultation with stakeholders

The companies main stakeholders are local authorities from which referrals are also accepted and regular contact is maintained to assess referred service users. The company continues to receive a good standard of service appraisal by local authorities.
