Year Ending: 30 September 2024

Company activities and impact

The management and control of the unit in the DDECIC Registered Office has been transferred to UTASS and is occupied by a local artist. As in previous years in November a large community Christmas Fair in the Farmers Auction Mart was organised in conjenction with the local Scout Group There were around 70 stalls and approx 2000 people attended. It is the directors intention to wind up the Company. This has been delayed for almost two years due to the company bankers clsing the the company bank account. After the banking ombudsman ruled in our favour and the Bank were instructed to reopen the account we have still not been able to access the funds in order to finalise them to put us in a position to close.

Consultation with stakeholders

Stakeholders include: UTASS Trustees, DDECIC Directors, Businesses & Tenants and local young people and community groups. Official consultation includes regular meetings with UTASS and DDECIC Directors, all of which are also active volunteers with other local groups.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received
