All shades of life CIC provide the local community of Kent, from the age of 7 years to adults of all ethnic origin, with fitness/boxing wellbeing classes and Football sessions. The Classes are available to the community evening, weekends and including the school holidays. We are a community-based sports/social activities provider supporting families from households of low income to enable them to access opportunity. All Shades of Life CIC applies for various available grants from local authorities and sporting associations which provide the funding for the above activities. The aim of All shades of life is to bring different communities of Kent together from the engaging of these activities, building up self-confidence, helping with mental health bullying and anxiety, and making it fun for the young youths/adults that take place. We are a community-based sports/social activities provider supporting families from households of low income to enable them to access opportunity.
