We routinely reply to comments and direct messages, and use Instagram Stories and polls to ask followers about topics they are interested in hearing on future episodes. This direct feedback helps shape our content to ensure it remains relevant and meaningful to our core audience. We also hold periodic virtual meetings with a social media marketing consultant to review performance insights and refine our engagement strategies, ensuring we reach and respond to our growing online community effectively. Additionally, consultations with legal professionals have informed our approach to copyright, music use, and guest agreements, allowing us to protect both the podcast and its contributors. Charitable organisations have also played a role in our stakeholder engagement. We have held informal conversations and early-stage consultations with groups who support racial equity and creative inclusion, helping us better understand community needs and potential collaborations.
