| In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Alexandra Court (Collective Enfranchisement) Limited for the year ended 31 December 2024 which comprise the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

| 2. | CONTINGENT LIABILITY - ELECTRICITY DISPUTE |
| The Company is in dispute with its electricity supplier in relation to the electricity charges for the common parts of the premises, following the upgrade of various meters. The Director's consider that Company been has been invoiced for amounts in excess of the actual consumption. The charge reflected in the financial statements relates to the amounts paid and no liability has been included for any further charges. However, according to the invoices received there is a disputed further amount of £19,583 that has been invoiced by the supplier that has not been included as a liability.The Directors consider that the amounts already paid are in excess of the usage and that a repayment is due. |
