Potential To Succeed CIC is a not for profit small organisation based in Pembrokeshire providing community training, support and educational participatory programmes that include social action projects and volunteering opportunities for young people. Our main purpose is to support young people and individuals from across Pembrokeshire. What we do has far reaching impacts upon the young people and communities we support. All of our services, projects and training programmes help our beneficiaries reach their full potential by providing targeted interventions, training, volunteering, and initiatives regardless of race, religion, orientation, gender, age or ethnicity.
The Potential to Succeed CIC has continued to work with a range of community and educational stakeholders who have direct links working with young people in Pembrokeshire. To form the main activity for the You Got this. Podcast & Digital Project Young we mainly consulted with educational establishments in Pembrokeshire where we ran the project namely Haverfordwest High VC and Milford Haven School to establish vulnerable pupils who have unpaid carer duties at home who could engage and volunteer on the project. To form the main activity for the POTENTIAL OUTDOORS project, for our younger engagement we mainly consulted with educational establishments in Pembrokeshire namely, Haverfordwest High VC and Milford Haven School, Ysgol Bro Gwaun & Greenhill school. We also consulted with Gryffs Space project to help young people with wellbeing and mental wellness. For our engagement with older people we have consulted with the Living Memory Group to help those living with dementia via use of the accessible outdoor space plus young and older individuals’ part of Yaki Da Project.
