| 10. | CONTINGENT LIABILITIES |
| The company has contingent liabilities in that it is required to redecorate the exterior and interior of the buildings at least every three and five years of the term of the leases, respectively. In order to accumulate funds to meet these costs, a reserve account has been established. The surplus of income over expenditure is transferred to this account (see note 9). |
