| The company owns no fixed assets, but has entered into an agreement with Lisa Property Ltd to lease the 10 flats known as Evesham Court at 1 - 10 Evesham Court Epsom Road, Guildford,Surrey. |
| Premier Ridgemount Ltd who developed the said properties, sold the freehold during 1977 to CPC & Mrs S A Ivil who then subsequently sold onto Lisa Property Ltd in February 2001. A 99 year lease was granted as from 24 June 1995 at a rental of £100 per anum, per flat during the first 33 years. |
