Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are the end2end TV Crew, young people in the community and pupils at Hurstmere Secondary School. The directors of the company have lived and worked in Bexley for several years and developed the business model for the company from their extensive experience in TV Production, as teachers in the classroom and running external extra-curricular clubs, activities and projects for young people. We regularly consult with the young people we work with about the activities they participate in with us. We then look at our training and activities and modify them accordingly. We have fortnightly meetings with the end2end TV Crew to produce programmes and to continue their training. We have regular line management meetings at Hurstmere Secondary School with the Director of Finance. This has helped us to build up a profile of young peoples’ needs and what we can do to meet them more effectively.
