3. Freehold property
The company acquired the freehold interest in the property known as Hill Tree House, 32a Russell Hill, Purley, Surrey CR8 2JA in January 2012. The total cost of the freehold (inclusive of legal fees and related costs) was financed by loans from those properties participating in the acquisition of the freehold. No depreciation is being charged on the freehold. Creditors includes £65,011 of loans from the participators in the freehold.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
