| Each of the shareholders of the company participated by contribution of funds to enable the purchase of the Freehold Interest in Wren Court. Such sums are not repayable but are shown under provision for liabilities. As lease extensions are granted as provided by the terms of the participation agreement a correspondending reduction in the Feehold Cost and participators loan balances will be made. |

| The company acquired the Freehold Interest in Wren Court, 10 and 12 The Avenue, Surbiton, Surrey KT5 8JB on 6th July 2021 for a consideration of £213,750 plus associated costs. The property is held under Land Registry Title Number SGL286183. |
| During the year Lease Extensions to 999 years in accordance with the participation agreement were registered at Land Registry in respect of 2 (2024 : 11) Flats which reduces the Freehold Value and participation balances by £13,990 (2024 : £94,827). |
