Incredibots CIC puts on monthly community and education events focussed on robotics in public spaces Bristol across the year. We create resources and offer assistance for getting started in robotics. We benefit the community in the following ways: Engaging people from diverse backgrounds in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) through robotics Teaching young people these STEM skills and how to go in to these fields Regular community events bringing local people together in local business venues Creating lower cost and lower barrier entry to robotics and related skills for the community
Attendees and participants at our events and users online of our resources are our stakeholders. We regularly survey in person and online to refine our events to be more accessible for all in the aim to help grow our hobby and increase the number of people working in STEM related fields. Feedback has been incredibly positive again with only minor tweaks to both events and guides
