    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 101

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the considerations receivable, net of discounts. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services . Turnover is reduced for estimated customer returns, rebates and other similar allowances .

Consultation with stakeholders

Activities are arrived at after consultation with the Community participants as Shakeholders. The Directors are lead by the interests represented to them on activities that the Stakeholders wish to pursue. Involvement is open to all Stakeholders in the Community .
