Director of the company
The director who held office during the year was as follows:
Going concern
I can confirm that True Films Ltd is a going concern and has produced corporate work where lockdown easing has allowed and has also done an increased amount of editing work from my home office. There has also been script development of two feature film projects during lockdown. True Films also engages in a certain amount of voluntary/community production.
As with most businesses True Films Ltd has been impacted by Coronavirus (Covid 19). This has had an impact on our operations, customers, suppliers and freelance workers. There has been no appropriate grants and benefits from the government suitable or required by True Films Ltd. We are taking all steps we can to protect the future of our business. Although the total impact is still uncertain the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis We are engaged in revenue generation including the development of relationships with new clients, the adjustment of work to allow for editing of on-line produced video content and the preparation work for two new feature film projects in association with producers in the USA for development when international travel becomes easier. During the last year True Films Ltd has created a reasonable amount of paid home office work and production work (where lockdown easing has allowed) that has lead to an £7235 dividend payment this year. It is expected that an increase in work for clients is likely to continue over the coming months.
