Principal activities of the company

The principal activity of the company is the being the supporting office in the UK.

Political and charitable donations

The company made charitable contributions of £nil during the current year (2023: £nil).

Company policy on disabled employees

It is the company's policy to give full consideration to suitable applications for employment by disabled persons. Disabled employees are eligible to participate in all career development opportunities available to staff. Opportunities also exist for employees of the company who become disabled to continue in their employment or to be trained for other positions in the company.

Additional information

For the year ending 30 September 2024, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies’ regime.
