At the balance sheet date, the company had reserves of £57,387, which were made up of a non-distributable share premium account of £75,078 and accumulated losses of £17,691. Current trading indicates the figures for the year ending 30th. September 2025 will show an improvement on the previous year.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A smaller entities - 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland' and the Companies Act 2006 (as applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime).The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

In the year ended 30th. September a dividend of £60,000 was paid to the shareholders who are also the company directors. It was subsequently realised that this dividend should not have been paid as there were insufficient distributable reserves and the £60,000 has been added back to reserves in these accounts. The £60,000 has also been shown as a loan to the directors in the current year's accounts. The directors repaid the amount in full in June 2025,
