As at 28th September 2024, Mr S Goldie-Morrison, a shareholder, was owed £25,495 (2023 - £25,495) and Mr D Goldie-Morrison, a director & shareholder, was owed £24,975 (2023 - £24,975). |
The is also an intercompany loan to Upstart Homes Ltd. The balance at the year end was £159,097 (2023 - £156,472). There are no interest or repayment terms on this loan. |
