    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Rental income arising from investment property is recognised as revenue on a straight-line basis over the term of the lease. Lease incentives granted to tenants are recognised as an integral part of the total rental income.

    Rental income is recognised when:

    It is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the company, and

    The amount of income can be measured reliably in accordance with IFRS 15
