Company activities and impact

The company’s activities within the year ending 31st January 2025 were: working on ensuring all Due Diligence was completed which involved all Policies and Procedures frontline staff DBS Checks Insurance Bank account Accountants having our first meeting with the Directors seeking advice and guidance from Outset VCE and one of their Business Coaches website development Safeguarding training Level 3 for face to face staff All of these activities to ensure the foundations of We Believe 2 CIC meet legal and best practice guidelines and to provide a quality service to our future young people, parents and partner agencies. This benefits the community by providing an accountable, robust and professional Company.

Consultation with stakeholders

Meetings/discussions and guidance with: Falmouth & Penryn Neighbourhood Policing Team – positive response and ready to refer young people who need support Safer Stronger Communities – support our work and potential funding stream Penryn College – interested in working with us once set up and funding is achieved Peninsula Education – advice and guidance to us, will be a referrer once we receive funding Young people and parents – the need is out there and people want to receive support
