The purpose of Butterfly Foundation Community Interest Company is to carry out activities which benefit the community, with a particular emphasis on supporting women from ethnically diverse backgrounds in Tower Hamlets. Our mission is to cultivate an abundance mindset, encouraging women to live more joyfully and with greater presence. We support women in identifying their passions and pursuing fulfilling career or business pathways. This also includes tailored support for women who are already in employment, helping them to unlock their full potential through a combination of group workshops and personalised one-to-one coaching. Our approach is holistic, empowering, and rooted in the unique needs of the women we serve in Tower Hamlets. Any surplus generated will be reinvested back into the organisation to expand our services, increase access for women in need, and ensure long-term sustainability of our community impact.
