Over the past year, we have continued to deliver a varied programme of wellbeing activities to our community, supporting individuals of all ages through inclusive, creative, and nature-based sessions. These offerings aim to reduce social isolation, improve mental wellbeing, and empower participants with tools for self-care and personal growth. Our sessions include movement meditation, nature crafts ad gardening as well as community circles. These have provided valuable opportunities for community members to build friendships, increase confidence, and develop resilience. We are grateful to still be receiving funding support from the Norfolk Community Foundation, the National Lottery (Awards for All), and Norfolk County Council. This support has enabled us to continue delivering accessible and meaningful activities that have a direct and positive impact on mental health and emotional wellbeing within our local area
