3.Director's Loan
The Director, Mrs Susan Nancy Slessenger, provided a working capital loan to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding to the Director as at 31st October 2024 was £453. The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Liabilities.
For the year ending 31 October 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
