We are a mental health recovery hub with a community garden, woodwork workshop and kitchen project. referrals come to our hub for six months and work as a team on our projects. we also offer them employment coaching and counselling to help with their recovery and to get back into society. we sell everything we produce and make and we also sell courses including Mental health first aid and physical first aid. We have helped 20 referrals so far and we also have over 20 volunteers that benefit from helping others . we have also trained over 50 people in life saving skills.
