Going concern

The director has committed to meet and fulfill all obligations when they fall due. The director is cautiously optimistic that with the return to normalcy in the travel sector the company will be self sustainable in the near future.
Strategies and policies to manage the evolving developments have been implemented by the director specifically;
-Monitoring changes within the travel sector and cancellation procedures .
-Monitoring the management response of associated institutions and governing bodies.
-Reviewing the impact on forecasts that may impact impairment evaluations.
The director has undertaken to continue to support the company until such time as it is able to meet third party liabilities from its own resources.

Turnover

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received for travel services supplied, net of discounts.
Revenue from the sale of travel services is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership have transferred to the buyer, usually on departure of the travel services provided; the amount of revenue can be measured reliably; it is probable that the associated economic benefits will flow to the entity; and the costs incurred or to be incurred in respect of the transactions can be measured reliably.

Financial instruments

A financial asset or a financial liability is recognised only when the entity becomes a party to the contractual provisions of the instrument.
Basic financial instruments are initially recognised at the transaction price and are subsequently measured as follows: Debt instruments are subsequently measured at amortised cost and commitments to receive a loan and to make a loan to another entity are subsequently measured at amortised cost.
