1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

The Dawpool Estate Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets.

Investment property
Investment property is included at fair value. Gains are recognised in the profit and loss account. Deferred taxation is provided on these gains at the rate expected to apply when the property is sold.

Investments in subsidiaries
Investments in subsidiary undertakings are recognised at cost.

Hire purchase and leasing commitments
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight line basis over the period of the lease.

10. RELATED PARTIES

At the year-end the company was owed £Nil (2024 - £Nil) from Hamilton Church Limited, a subsidiary company. During the year loans of £16,060 have been written off.

The company was owed £854,500 (2024 - £854,500l) from BNET Investment Company Limited. Mr Webster, who is a 50% shareholder of this company, is also a 50% shareholder of BNET Investment Company Limited.

The company was owed £861,480 (2024 - £861,190) from C.N.P Properties (Wirral) Limited. The Estate of Mr C Pringle was a 50% shareholder of this company and was also a 50% shareholder of C.N.P Properties (Wirral) Limited.

The company was owed £15,000 (2024 - £15,000) from S A Webster Limited. Mr Webster, who is a 50% shareholder of this company, is also a 50% shareholder of S A Webster Limited.

The company is owed £2,283 (2023 owes £1,273) from Wethersfield House Management Limited.

All loans are interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand.

At the year-end the company owes £39,141 (2024-£12,194) to The Estate of Christopher Pringle, which is a 50% shareholder of this company.

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the Directors are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies.

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of The Dawpool Estate Limited for the year ended 31 March 2025 which comprise the Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
