Forcera CIC worked closely with foundations and charities, including The Tudor Trust, Family Action, The Church Commissioners for England and Beyond the Streets, to create equitable funding methods and strategies for their beneficiaries this year. It also focused on education, working closely with Advance HE on their L7 apprenticeship programme. It also delivered educational training for the Payment Systems Regulator
As all of Forcera's work has a social, economic and environmental impact, stakeholder consultation is critical to our planning stage. For each piece of work, Forcera creates a bespoke understanding of how the work will affect various stakeholders and what benefits there are. Forcera uses all stakeholder feedback and concerns to help identify and mitigate risks and to allow them to shape the objectives and outcomes of our work. Forcera monitors, evaluates and learns as it goes along and uses this to reflect upon the work being done to ensure it meets needs and improvements are made where needed.
