Perform Better Gymnastics Academy C.I.C. continue to provide benefit to the local community by providing healthy activities for people of all ages and ethnic background to be involved in area of gymnastics, personal fitness and well-being.
Perform Better Gymnastics Academy C.I.C. has been funded throughout by personal investment of its directors; there were no external stakeholders who need to be consulted.
The aggregate amounts of emoluments paid to its directors in the year was £120,250. A dividend of £20,000 was paid to the directors during the year. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
