Report to the members of Gallery Properties Partnership LLP LLP on the preparation of the unaudited statutory financial statements for the year ended 28 June 2024
In accordance with the engagement letter dated 25 July 2025, and in order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006 as applied to limited liability partnerships by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008, we have compiled the financial statements of the LLP from the accounting records and information and explanations you have given to us. This report is made solely to the members of Gallery Properties Partnership LLP LLP, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 25 July 2025. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Gallery Properties Partnership LLP LLP and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them, as a body, in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other thanGallery Properties Partnership LLP LLP and its members as a body for our work or for this report. It is your duty to ensure that Gallery Properties Partnership LLP LLP has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of Gallery Properties Partnership LLP LLP. The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts and for ensuring that all records comply with those requirements. Company law requires that in preparing these financial statements, the members: - select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently; - make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; - state whether applicable UK accounting standards have been followed (as far as this applies to LLPs, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements; - prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is appropriate to presume that the company will continue in business. The members are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the LLP and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. The members are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the LLP and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
