Balance sheet statements

Company activities and impact

The Company runs Total FootballC.F, a local football club/provider. We have a huge emphasis on connecting with our local community and making football provision as inclusive and accessible for everyone. We have been operating since January 2022. The club activity has benefited the continuity in the following ways: - People have access to regular sport within local areas and public parks within walking distance without the need to travel long distances. - The club has provided voluntary work experience for many young people aged between 10 - 20. - The Club has also delivered HAF (Holiday, Activities Food) programme delivering holiday camp provision with football as the delivery aspect providing hot meals to children that are in receipt of free school meals. We engaged with over 200 different participants in the last year from this programme. - The club works closely with the local county FA as a part of their diversity and inclusion programme to ensure participants from underrepresented groups have opportunities and female football provision. - Deliver community football sessions to kids aged 4-14. - Provide grassroots football playing opportunities. The club has formed 10 new teams: - 7 teams for Youth Male - 2 teams for Youth female - 1 team for Adult Male

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are active football coaches with a great insight into football provision within the local and surrounding areas. The directors of the company have lived and been actively involved within the local community for a number of years and developed the business model of the club based on the needs of the local community. We ask participants at the end of the season to reflect and review their experience with us using a questionnaire. We speak to coaches on a regular basis gaining feedback in verbal and written formats as well as parents and carers of young people. It helped us to further understand the needs and desires of our customers.
