The organisation's activities will help the public and community because the continued professional training and education it provides equip the health care professionals with practical skills to ensure that they are competent to deliver improved health care experiences and better health outcomes for patients and the community. The Continuing professional development training and programs aim to enhance the health care professionals' practice, improving patient outcomes by reinforcing lifelong knowledge. The skills and competencies are pivotal to meeting the needs of the patients because whether it's formal or informal, the purpose is to enable nurses and midwives to continually update and renew their knowledge and skills, and deliver enhanced evidence-based practice and ultimately ensure that they can meet patient needs and service delivery in a constantly changing practice environment. This also promotes the nursing and midwifery profession by advancing education, skills training, and mentorship of nurses and midwives. In summary, the nurses, midwives, and healthcare givers who attend the training will provide excellent quality care
