The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the Standard).
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the rental of investment properties.

Transactions with related parties
At the year end there was a loan of £29,980 due from the subsidiary companies. No interest was charged and it is repayable on demand. At the year end there was £20 due from directors. No interest was charge and it is repayable on demand.
