Overdrawn Directors' Current Account
As at 31 March 2025 there was a balance of £52,852 due from the director (2024: £32,635 due back to the director). Interest of £1,333 has been charged on the overdrawn balance in the year. The balance is repayable on demand, and has been repaid within nine months of the year-end.
Napbarn Property Company Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Beresfords, Beresford Hill, Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom, ME17 4LX.
For the year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
