Company activities and impact

The company operates a community charity shop, which receives donated items from local residents and sells them to raise funds in support of local individuals and organisations. The shop has been trading since April 2022 and is staffed by one paid manager alongside a dedicated team of volunteers. During the reporting period, we have continued to provide support to the local community through both grants and direct assistance. We awarded grants totalling £6426 to a number of local organisations. In addition, we distributed 29 cost-of-living grants to individuals, including help with energy costs and supermarket gift card (Asda and One4All vouchers) and numerous free essential item packs for mothers and the elderly.

Consultation with stakeholders

The companies stakeholders are the directors, volunteers and local residents of the company. No consultation has been made during this period.

Directors' remuneration

There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for directors loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
