Company activities and impact

Pride UK Training and Consultancy provides free community training, both face-to-face and via webinar and a costed quality standard accreditation awarded to all UK organisations assessed by our team as providing an LGBTQ+ inclusive workplace culture and a quality customer service experience to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people. We are established to help small to medium sized enterprises create a welcoming, safe and inclusive workplace culture for all LGBTQ+ staff and improved access to goods and services for LGBTQ+ customers and clients in the UK. The Pride UK team of HR (CIPD) and training (ITD) qualified professionals communicate on priority issues by email and generally hold quarterly meetings in person or over Zoom to keep all involved in current political priorities and engagement with the training and consultancy services we deliver, taking collective decisions where necessary. We engage with wider stakeholders through feedback meetings with clients and formal evaluation of training courses. No renumeration was received by Directors for carrying out their director roles. Some Directors also delivered training or consultancy for clients for which they were paid a standard hourly fee. No transfer of assets other than for full consideration.
