As of 31 March 2025, the Company holds a property with a carrying value of £152,826, which is subject to a mortgage charge in favor of The Mortgage Works (UK) PLC. The mortgage was entered into on 13 October 2023 to finance the acquisition of the property located at 18 beacon hill, chatham, ME5 7JX.
