This year, Be You 101 CIC has delivered Calm Kids classes in a local primary school and run community wellbeing sessions from a local community centre, supporting children with tools for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and self-expression. We plan to expand into additional primary schools across Tandridge and Kent, and next year we aim to begin delivering our Empowerment Project in secondary schools. We are also training new facilitators and preparing to run wellbeing sessions for adults and teachers, while expanding into youth clubs to reach more young people in informal settings. Our goal is to create a whole-community approach to emotional resilience and mental wellbeing.
