Company activities and impact

Patient Services provides motor vehicles and drivers to the NHS and associated health service providers. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, Patient Services has continued working with the local NHS trust to provide transport to those that need it most. These people may be from anywhere in the country and we ensure they are returned home safely once discharged. Our volunteers travelled around fifteen thousand miles during the year. We work closely with the NHS trust staff to ensure an effective and "patient first" approach to service delivery.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders are both the NHS Trust and the volunteers. We continually receive feedback from both and adapt our services accordingly. During the accounting period we sold a vehicle, this was to reflect the changes in demand being placed upon us at the time & due to the vehicles anticipated maintenance requirements.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
