In an action brought by the administrators of London Capital and Finance PLC and of London Oil & Gas limited a judgment was entered against the shareholder of the company for the repayment of £729,634.11. This total sum relates to money that was paid to the bank account of the shareholder but accounted for and treated as the income of the Company.
