Since its incorporation in March 2024, S.H.E. Together CIC has delivered weekly community wellbeing sessions focused on Chinese square dance, Zumba and fitness movement primarily supporting women aged 40 and above from diverse backgrounds, including the local Chinese community. The sessions have helped reduce isolation and improve participants’ mental and physical wellbeing. The CIC has also actively taken part in local events such as the Kidbrooke Community Carnival, Funday , Asian Food Festival, organised Chinese new Year Event promoting cultural exchange, inclusion, and community visibility. Looking ahead, the CIC aims to continuously support other communities event, train more community volunteers and developing inclusive trilingual wellbeing projects such as Zen Harmony movement sponsored by Greenwich Healthier from September 2025 and planning to promote Taoism Tai Chi to reach more residents through joyful and empowering experiences.
