Additional information

I am the director and the only shareholder of the above company. Due to unfortunate personal circumstance that has negatively impacted on my ability to run and attend to all the business needs for the period 2023 to January 2024. I lost my father in 2023 and his loss were very personal and for the business as he was the key support for the business. This did lead to the delay in filing.
