Our mission is to break the cycle of low expectations by creating opportunities for training, community cohesion, and self-belief, eventually leading to greater employment. We hold weekly mental make and mingle sessions, encouraging members of the community to come together and be creative to help their mental wellbeing We run a youth provision for children aged 7-14, including during the school holidays, providing a safe space for young people where they can have something to eat, drink and socialise. We offer an 'unlocking potential' course, empowering NEET young people through a wellbeing centred approach to overcome barriers. We have a community garden and toolshed, encouraging new skill in the community. We also offer behaviour support groups. These are informal sessions with Parents/Carers to explore and share different strategies, approaches, ideas and information as well as benefit from emotional support. All provision is designed to develop personal skills that enhance wellbeing, career readiness and build confidence We work closely with the local authority in developing a community hub offering a range of crisis support in the local community.
