| The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the guidance in Technical Release 03/11 on Residential Service Charge Accounts issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, which confirms that, in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, the service charge monies are actually held on trust by the company and the underlying income and expenditure does not belong to the company. |
