The company provides physical activity opportunities to people in the heart of deprived communities. The company supports and empowers local instructors to develop both personally and in their own self-employed business We have continued to support our team up in County Durham. We received vital funding deliver training to women working in BAME communities which was amazing to see. Their voice truly louder and opening up access to women in those communities who don’t feel confident to enter mainstream provision.
The Company’s Stakeholders are the 3 directors and the community in which the classes are. Through funding we receive from external sources we collate feedback, case studies and reports. This helps us strengthen our approach, reach more people in the communities and help more people to become more active. This in turn increases physical activity levels and supports physical and mental health. We gather feedback at internal and external meetings, listen and learn from each other, bench mark against other organisations keep evolving as we need to, to support out communities We have a presence on social media where we encourage feedback comments and positive images of people enjoying themselves through our classes. We take each piece of feedback seriously and allow it to shape the future of the company by growing and adapting in the right way
