    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover comprises rental income from residential property lettings and is recognised on a straight-line basis over the period of the lease. Income is recognised when the company’s right to receive payment is established, typically in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement. Turnover excludes value added tax (where applicable) and is stated net of rent concessions and void periods
