During the financial year ending 2025, IT Tribe CIC continued its mission to empower underrepresented and career-changing individuals to access careers in technology through community-driven support, upskilling, and networking opportunities. Key activities and impact highlights included: Delivered over 40 online sessions, including CV clinics, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, and cloud fundamentals – attended by over 300 participants across the UK. Provided 1:1 mentorship to more than 50 community members, many of whom transitioned into new tech roles including Business Analyst, Cloud Engineer, Testing and Scrum Master. Facilitated job referrals and peer-led accountability groups through our active WhatsApp community of over 700 tech professionals, fostering daily knowledge-sharing and mutual support. Through our grassroots and peer-led approach, IT Tribe CIC has significantly contributed to bridging the digital skills gap and creating pathways into technology careers for individuals from non-traditional backgrounds, especially women, career changers, and ethnic minorities.
