In the past financial year, High Achievers Lab has steadfastly pursued its mission to empower the Brixton community through purpose-driven fitness initiatives that promote physical health, holistic well-being, and positive social impact. Our core activities focus on delivering inclusive, high-quality fitness programmes while fostering community resilience and empowerment. High Achievers Lab offers a diverse range of fitness classes and programmes tailored to meet the varied needs and preferences of our members. These include strength training, cardio workouts, ensuring accessibility for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds. By providing engaging and inclusive fitness options, we aim to make wellness both achievable and enjoyable for the entire community. Central to High Achievers Lab’s mission is our innovative social impact model. Member subscriptions directly fund free fitness classes for local young people and young adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These classes provide a supportive environment that builds confidence, resilience, and empowerment, equipping participants to navigate life’s challenges. Through this approach, High Achievers Lab has created meaningful, lasting change in the Brixton community, reinforcing our commitment to holistic well-being and social good.
High Achievers Lab is dedicated to inclusive and collaborative practices, prioritising stakeholder engagement to shape our services and maximise community impact. Our stakeholders include our members, beneficiaries (young people and young adults with SEND), strategic partners, and the broader Brixton community. Stakeholder Consultation Methods: 1. Surveys and Questionnaires: We conducted two comprehensive surveys to gather stakeholder insights on training preferences, satisfaction levels, brand perception, and areas for improvement. These surveys were designed to capture diverse perspectives and inform our decision-making. 2. Direct Engagement: Through personalised outreach and one-on-one conversations, we collected real-time feedback, addressed queries, and fostered stronger connections with stakeholders. Actions Taken in Response to Feedback: 1. Tailored Fitness Offerings: Based on stakeholder preferences, we diversified our weekly schedule to include a broader range of fitness sessions, ensuring accessibility and alignment with members’ needs. 2.Optimised Session Timings: Feedback on preferred timings led to a revised schedule that better accommodates stakeholders’ lifestyles. 3. Strengthened Social Impact: Stakeholder support for our social mission prompted us to expand free fitness classes for local young people and young adults with SEND, reinforcing our commitment to community empowerment. 4. Brand Development: Positive feedback on High Achievers Lab’s brand identity encouraged us to maintain our strong reputation. 5. Service Enhancements: Stakeholder suggestions for improvement drove upgrades to move into our own facility. 6. Value for Money: Insights on affordability led us to review and optimise the quality and cost-effectiveness of our services. 7. Improved Member Experience: Feedback highlighting gaps inspired a more holistic approach to member engagement, addressing identified shortcomings. 8. Community Building: Recognising the value of connection, we introduced initiatives to foster networking, collaboration, and mutual support among stakeholders. High Achievers Lab remains committed to ongoing stakeholder engagement, using their insights to guide our growth and ensure we deliver meaningful, community-driven impact.
