3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees
At the start of the year, the director’s loan account was overdrawn by £29,353. This balance was fully repaid during the year.  At the end of the year, the company owed the director £516. The loan was interest-free and repayable on demand.
For the year ending 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
