The directors are responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

Under that law the directors have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice), FRS 105
