Company activities and impact

CREATIVE HARBOUR CIC delivered ‘Sanctuary’ a project reaching over 6,000 young people across the communities of Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire, focusing on the themes of ‘Sanctuary’, ‘Migration’, and the ‘Environment’. In addition, it secured investment from Arts Council England and Portsmouth City Council towards ‘The Oyster House’, a brand new theatre production based on the heritage of Langstone Harbour, which will be created and tour across Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire, and continue into the next financial year.

Consultation with stakeholders

CREATIVE HARBOUR CIC has worked with the following stakeholders: People and Stories Ltd Arts Council England Portsmouth Creates Portsmouth City Council Portsmouth City of Sanctuary Action Asylum Park Community School, Havant Miltoncross Academy, Milton Priory School, Southsea Castle View Academy, Paulsgrove Alverstoke Parish Centre Tudor Sailing Club Staggeringly Good Brewery Spring Arts Centre D-Day Memorial Hall St. Faith's Church, Gosport Manor Farm, Hayling Christ Church Portsdown Milton Community Centre Gosport Community Association Bedhampton Community Centre The Dockyard Club All our activities has been designed and created in consultation with our stakeholders and evaluated for onward activity.

Directors' remuneration

£500 to Scott Ramsay, co-director of Creative Harbour CIC, for one weeks script writing.
