Company activities and impact

During the reporting period, Bristol Autism Centre C.I.C. carried out the following activities to benefit the community: 1. Peer-to-Peer Mentoring – Offered both one-on-one and small group sessions for personalised guidance and expert advice on navigating mainstream and special education systems. 2. Awareness Training – Helped raise understanding in public services. 3. Community Support – Brought together families and professionals who are all working toward the same goal: making life better for those with autism. The services were delivered in Bristol and online, and approximately 20 people benefited.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are primarily autistic individuals, their families, and professionals who support them. The company encourages ongoing input from families and children themselves, which informs the development of its programmes. While families are invited to contribute to workshops, the company respects that many face multiple barriers and allows them to participate when they are ready. Stakeholder consultation also includes professionals and individuals with lived experience of autism. The company regularly seeks their views and, where appropriate, uses poll-based methods to support decision-making. This approach ensures that feedback is actively considered and used to shape services in response to the needs of those the company supports.

Directors' remuneration

During the year, one director received remuneration. Mr Oladimeji Ayemojuba was paid a gross salary of £6,240 for their work. No other directors received any form of payment, and no other benefits or services were provided to any directors during the reporting period.
