Hype & Genius CIC provides educational creative industry programmes, cultural activities and creative industry consultations and partnerships to reduce exploitation in the creative industry and to protect the future of creativity. In the 2024/25 year we: - Ran a free 4-week music camp - Hosted a pop-up shop - Delivered 2 x creative entrepreneurship programmes - Held 2 x live shows - Delivered an events management programme - Delivered a music business master class programme - Hosted 6 x digital masterclasses - Held a global impact day - Partnered with brands such as Warner Brothers, Westfield, Ditto and more We have benefitted the community by: - Providing opportunities to underrepresented people - Delivered free education to those who otherwise would not be able to access it - Ensured the creative industry is more diverse - Supported up and coming creative entrepreneurs - Improved creative industry employment prospects - Worked with over 500 18-30 year olds in London to provide them with opportunities
Hype & Genius CIC’s stakeholders include: the creatives that we support, employers in the creative industry, local councils, schools and colleges. We have consulted our stakeholders to ask what types of interventions they require and we use their feedback to inform the programmes that we offer.
Total directors’ remuneration was £14,247.28 There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for the director’s loss of office, which required to be disclosed.
