Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Warriors Futsal Club CIC has continued to deliver regular futsal training sessions for children and young people in the community, providing 2–3 sessions per week. These sessions have offered a safe, structured, and engaging environment that encourages physical activity, teamwork, and discipline. By making sessions affordable and accessible, the club has enabled children from diverse backgrounds to participate, including those who may not have access to other sports opportunities. This has helped improve physical health, confidence, and social skills among participants. The club has also fostered community spirit by bringing families together, supporting youth development, and offering positive role models through its coaching team. Feedback from parents and participants highlights the positive effect on children’s well-being, motivation, and sense of belonging. Overall, Warriors Futsal Club CIC has contributed to promoting healthy lifestyles, building life skills, and strengthening community ties during the year

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders include children and young people who participate in our futsal sessions, their parents and guardians, local schools, community sports organisations, and volunteers who support the club’s activities. The directors and coaching staff maintain regular communication with parents and guardians during training sessions and through our WhatsApp groups, gathering feedback on the quality, timing, and format of sessions. We also engage directly with players to understand their interests, skill development needs, and what they enjoy most about the sport. In addition, we work closely with local schools and community groups to promote futsal, identify opportunities for collaboration, and ensure our sessions are accessible to children from all backgrounds. This has helped us shape our programmes to balance skill-building with enjoyment and inclusivity. We actively encourage suggestions from stakeholders through informal conversations, post-session chats, and online surveys. This input has led to improvements such as introducing more beginner-friendly sessions, adjusting training times to suit school schedules, and organising community tournaments to increase participation.
