Additional information
The company was the victim of fraud by Adobe Inc, who persuaded us to sign up to a free trial of a service and then refused to allow us to log on to their website to cancel the said service. Our bank refunded all except £16 of the money of which we had been defrauded. The director and secretary were not remunerated for acting as director or secretary. However, Alex Flegmann (company secretary and also director of the company) was also employed as principal software engineer. Details of this work and the remuneration he received for it are commercially confidential. Dividends Declared Based upon retained earnings and the current years' financial result the board of directors declared no dividend payment, ensuring sufficient funds being retained for next year. The company has not made any dividend payments since it was incorporated. The total number of £0.01 ordinary shares in existence at the end of the financial year was 100. Number of ordinary shares held by directors: Director Alex Flegmann 100 shares held at 31 March 2025 Financial Control The director acknowledges responsibility for the company’s system of internal financial control and believe the established systems including the computerisation of the company’s financial accounts are appropriate to the business. No material losses or contingencies have arisen during the 12 months trading period that would require disclosure by the director. Having formed an opinion at the time of approving these accounts it is the intention of the director to continue to support the company financially, the profits earned and retained within the company being sufficient to ensure the company has adequate resources to continue existing trading policies and the director has adopted a going concern basis in preparing the accounts. It is the view of the director that the company accounts presented represent a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and result for the 12 months to year end accounts date. Suitable accounting policies have been established and applied consistently and disclose with reasonable accuracy the financial position of the company.
