Company activities and impact

The company has hosted a variety of events and workshops around the subject of education. ZEPLE CIC has engaed with a diverse audience from the community including young adults, parents young children mental health patients, prisoners, young offenders and ethnic minorities etc. We have also partnered up with our CICs and community groups to widen our scope for delivery, utilising their platform to deliver value. All our events and workshops have been well attended and documented and have had fantastic feedback and have been requested for more activities to be hosted by ourselves.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our stakeholders include young people, parents, and members of the wider community who engage with our services and activities. We place a strong emphasis on community consultation and have developed our approach based on ongoing conversations with families and young people. We regularly seek input through consultations, informal discussions, and community events to better understand the needs and priorities of those we serve. For example, we invite parents and young people to participate in feedback helping us to build a clearer picture of their preferences and expectations. We have identified key areas of need through this engagement such as the desire for more youth led activities and support for working families and use this feedback to shape our programmes and services. We also gather insights through day-to-day conversations. Through our community consultations, we have identified that individuals with mental health challenges are seeking support to return to employment, explore career opportunities, or start their own businesses. Additionally, mature, elderly, and retired members of the community have expressed a strong interest in having more activities and social opportunities tailored to their needs and interests.
