The Company provides gymnastics facilities through its well organised gymnastics classes that are held at locations within the local area of north London. The company provides a benefit to the local community by way of allowing children of all ages and ethnic background to become involved in and/or progress themselves in the area of gymnastics as well as enabling themselves to enhance their personal teamwork skills and improve their fitness and general well-being.
No consultation with stakeholders
The total amount paid to all directors in respect of their qualifying services for the year was £88,000 There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
