  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    I have prepared these accounts as Director. There has been no income beyond company bank savings. This has been accounted for. I feel that the company cannot therefore be classified as dormant. In the future I will hopefully start trading and this complexity will mean that I will instruct Smart Accounting to resume their annual filings for this company.
