Company activities and impact

We have continued to provide cooking classes to members of the general populations interested in developing their cookery skills . In addition, we have developed our gut health classes teaching relevant aspects of gut health science alongside practical skills of how to prepare a fibre rich /prebiotic & probiotic diet of plants, fermented foods & beverages to support the gut microbiome. Alongside this we have begun teaching people how to make real sourdough flatbreads including how to look after and feed their starters, and continue to develop classes which are seen to support our overall microbiome. In addition, we have began running a series of National Lottery Community funded courses for groups of asylum seekers and refugees, aimed at helping them develop their use of spoken English through the activity of cooking and will continue to run the courses until spring/ summer 2026.
