Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 101

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the cost of fixed assets over their estimated useful lives. Fixtures & Equipment 20% Written Down Value Motor Vehicles 20% Written Down Value

    Other accounting policies

    Turnover Turnover represents the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of any value added tax and trade discounts. Stocks Stock is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value.

Company activities and impact

The Company provides gymnastics facilities through its well organised gymnastics classes that are held at locations within the local area of north London. The company provides a benefit to the local community by way of allowing children of all ages and ethnic background to become involved in and/or progress themselves in the area of gymnastics as well as enabling themselves to enhance their personal teamwork skills and improve their fitness and general well-being.
