During the period the company has paid fees to Junction Digital Limited, a company which has a director in common.  The transactions were all charged at open market value and totalled £21,515 (2024 - £4,500).  As at the balance sheet date £3,048 (2024 - £1,080) was owed to Junction Digital Limited.
During the period the company has pais fees to Intergage Partnerships Limited, a company which has a director in common.  The transactions were all charged at open market value and totalled £9,612 (2024 - £4,500).  As at the balance sheet date £1,848 (2024 - £1,080) was owed to Intergage Partnerships Limited.
During the company has paid fees to Digital Butter, a business owned by one of the directors.  The transations were all charged at open market value and totalled £1,590 (2024 - £800).  As at the balance sheet date £60.00 (2024 - £nil) was owed to Digital Butter.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
