Menopause Alliance CIC has continued to deliver inclusive, accessible and impactful services across Bedfordshire and Luton. Our monthly peer support groups remain the heart of our work, providing safe spaces for women to share, connect and learn. In 2024–25, we successfully hosted over 20 in-person gatherings, workshops, and one-to-one referrals. We worked with BeActive Bedford to offer menopause-friendly physical activity, supported women’s mental health, and delivered workplace awareness training to local organisations. We served over 300 Women and Men, during the year, many of whom are from ethnic minority backgrounds or lower income households. Our partnership with CLI helped us offer consistent outreach, Feedback from participants continues to show improved wellbeing, a stronger sense of community, and increased access to menopause information. These outcomes align directly with our mission to tackle inequalities in menopause awareness and care.
