| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is accounted for as revenue when, and to the extent that, the company obtains a right to consideration in exchange for its performance of its obligations under the sales contract with the customer. The amount reported as revenue is the fair value of the right to consideration - usually the price specified in the contractual arrangement net of discounts and net of VAT, and after any allowance for credit risk and other uncertainties. |

| 6. | BASIS OF PREPARATION |
| The company made a loss for the period of £19,836 and at the balance sheet date had net liabilities of £19,835. The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which is dependent upon continued financial support from the director, other group companies and other companies not part of the group that are under common ownership. The controlling party, Mr J E Billingham has indicated that such financial support will continue. |
