| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS105 |
| The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been prepared on a |
| going concern basis however the company will be voluntarily wound up from 6 March 2024 |
1. Going Concern
| As at 30 April 2024 the company had net current liabilities of £23,909 (2023 - £76,575) and net liabilities of £5,867 |
| (2023 - £82,288). The director of the company has reviewed its financial performance and position in light of the |
| general economic conditions. The company is reliant on the continued support of the director and she will not seek |
| repayment of her loan until the company has sufficient resources to do so. As such the director considers that the |
| company has sufficient resources to enable it to continue operating effectively and settling its liabilities as they fall |
| due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. |
| 2. Average number of persons employed |
During the year the average number of employees was 3 (2024 : 3)

| For the year ended 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. |
| The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2025 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:a) ensuring that the company keeps proper accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
| b) preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of |
| each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Section |
| 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial |
| statements, so far as applicable to the company. |
| These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entities provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. |
