1 Statutory information
PROFESSIONAL 2U (REAL ESTATE) LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 9550955. The registered office is 114 TREVINO DRIVE, LEICESTER, LEICESTERSHIRE, LE4 7TL, ENGLAND.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Advances / credits subsisting at year end are £Zero (2024: 190,661). During the year, the company made advances / credits to a director amounting to £3,450. The company received repayments during the year amounting to £194,111 (£190,661 of which were repayments towards advances / credits subsisting from previous periods - not sourced from advances / credits made during the current period) . All advances / credits were repayable on demand and subject to interest at a rate of at least 2.25% per annum payable annually by 6 July (calculated by reference to the average amount of the advances / credits outstanding during the year to 5 April).

For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
