    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Company activities and impact

Our flagship Noor Service supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other neurodiverse conditions. The service is designed to enhance wellbeing, develop independence, and empower individuals to lead meaningful lives within their communities. Key elements of the Noor Service include 1)Tailored sessions and structured activities that promote life skills, confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing. 2)Personal care support, where needed, delivered with dignity and respect. 3)Transport services, enabling individuals to safely attend sessions, appointments, and community-based activities. 4)Organised outings, providing opportunities for social inclusion, engagement with the wider community, and enjoyable experiences that help reduce isolation. 5)Close collaboration with families and carers, ensuring continuity of care and strong support networks around each individual.

Consultation with stakeholders

Wider Community Support Beyond the Noor Service, Dream Big Aim is committed to supporting the wider community, especially those facing hardship, isolation, or poor mental health. Over the past year, we have: 1)Provided food parcels and essential supplies to vulnerable individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, ensuring they do not go without basic necessities. 2)Offered mental health and wellbeing support through check-ins, signposting, and tailored support for individuals struggling with loneliness, anxiety, or emotional distress. 3)Engaged with marginalised groups, offering safe spaces and listening services to those who may otherwise be overlooked. 4)Connected people with local services, helping them access the right support at the right time, including housing, benefits advice, and health care.
