NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2024
1.Accounting policies
Basis of preparation of financial statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. The validity of this assumption is dependent on the support of S R Ho who is a director and shareholder. Without creating any contractual obligation, S R Ho has confirmed her intention to support the company so that it can meet its current liabilities as they fall due.
In the absence of this continued support, the going concern may be invalid and adjustments would have to be made to reduce the value of the assets to their recoverable amount to provide for further liabilities that may arise, and to reclassify fixed assets and long-term liabilities as current assets and liabilities.
