1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 .
1b. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.

1c. Dividends On Shares Presented Within Shareholders Funds
Dividends unpaid at the balance sheet date are only recognised as a liability at that date to the extent that they are appropriately authorised and are no longer at the discretion of the Company Unpaid dividends that do not meet these criteria are disclosed in the notes to the financial statements.
1d. Leases
Assets held under finance leases and hire purchase contracts are capitalised in the balance sheet at their fair value and depreciated over their expected useful lives. The interest element of leasing payments represents a constant proportion of the capital balance outstanding and is charged to the profit and loss account over the period of the lease. All other leases are regarded as operating leases and the payments made under them are charged to the profit and loss account on a straight line basis over the lease term.

7. CONTROLLING PARTY
The company is controlled by G. Ost, the director, by virtue of the fact that, together with his wife, he holds 100% of the company's issued and called up voting share capital.
8. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
During the year, certain loans were advanced by G. Ost, the director. The loans are interest free and repayable on demand. At the year end, the balance due to the director totalled £4,824 (2023: £5,775).
During the year, dividends of £Nil (2023: £2,000) each were paid to G. Ost, the director, and his wife totalling £Nil (2023: £4,000).
