1. General Information
Tivoli Court (Bournemouth) Management Company Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 1282207 . The registered office is 165 Alder Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4AN. 
The principal activity of the company is the management and administration of property known as Tivoli Court, 64A Surrey Road, Bournemouth, for the benefit of the leaseholders. The monies collected from the leaseholders as service charges and the related debtors and creditors are held in trust under the Landlord and Tenant Legislation. 
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost.  The company acquired the freehold interest in the property at Tivoli Court on 12 December 1979 at a total cost of £2,175.  No revaluation or depreciation has been provided as such provision would serve no useful purpose. 
The freehold property was acquired by means of interest free loan from each of the lessees.  The loans are recoverable on the sale of the flat or penthouse but are required to be made good from the income purchase.
2. Average Number of Employees

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
