| A qualified opinion is necessary as we have been unable to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence concerning opening balances. The financial statements for PDAS Install Ltd for year end 29 February 2024 were not audited and were not required to be audited, but an audit is required for the period ended 31 December 2024, as the company is a material component of the group audit of Vestum AB. |
| We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (UK) (ISAs (UK)) and applicable law.Our responsibilities under those standards are further described in the Auditors' responsibilities for the audit of the |
| financial statements section of our report. We are independent of the company in accordance with the ethical |
