Company activities and impact

Throughout the financial year, Parental Alienation Support CIC, has provided significant benefits to the community by addressing the profound challenges of high-conflict separation and parental alienation. Our activities are centered on strengthening families, protecting the mental well-being of parents and children, and fostering healthier co-parenting relationships. Our core benefit to the community has been the provision of direct, peer-led support to parents, primarily fathers, who are experiencing the trauma of family breakdown and the potential loss of a relationship with their children. This support reduces isolation, improves mental health outcomes, and equips individuals with the resilience and coping strategies needed to navigate this difficult period. By creating a strong support network through online forums, peer mentoring, and community-building events, we have empowered parents to manage conflict constructively and maintain their focus on the best interests of their children.A key activity has been the development and provision of practical resources, such as our Family Court Companion software. This tool benefits the community by empowering individuals who cannot afford legal representation to navigate the complexities of the family court system more effectively. This promotes fairer access to justice and helps reduce the administrative and emotional burden on both the individuals and the court system itself.Furthermore, our work directly benefits the most vulnerable members of the community: the children caught in parental disputes. Our initiatives, such as the "Stop Fading Bonds" project, are designed to protect and repair parent-child relationships. By supporting healthy contact and communication, we help mitigate the long-term psychological and emotional harm that children can suffer as a result of parental alienation. A stable, loving relationship with both parents is crucial for a child's development, and our activities work to safeguard this fundamental right. Finally, our advocacy and awareness campaigns have benefited the wider community by educating the public, policymakers, and family law professionals about the dynamics of parental alienation and its impact. This work contributes to systemic change, fostering a better-informed approach to family separation that prioritizes child welfare and reduces acrimony. In summary, the activities of Parental Alienation Support CIC have delivered a tangible community benefit by improving mental health, strengthening family bonds, ensuring better outcomes for children, and promoting a more compassionate and effective resolution to family separation.
