During the year the company has delivered health and fitness programs as a means of tackling health and social issues. We continue to work with local authorities and local health groups. Within these groups we work to identify areas of need and then tailor our delivery to meet those needs of both groups and individuals. Our programs aim to address both physical and mental health issues as well as looking to improve self-confidence and self esteem. We seek to develop a positive attitude to exercise and learning which we hope will then help to unlock potential and future development.
Our primary stakeholders are community groups, local authorities, public sector agencies and local community members. At all of our sessions feedback is encouraged from participants. This feedback is then used to plan and shape future delivery to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
