Company activities and impact

Part 1 - General description of the company’s activities During the year, Let’s Get Out CIC continued to deliver its mission of engaging young people with the outdoors and promoting wellbeing, confidence, and life skills through adventure and nature-based experiences. We delivered a range of funded projects, holiday clubs, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions, residentials, and bushcraft sessions. These programmes provided opportunities for personal development, teamwork, and connection with the natural environment. Part 2 - Consultation with stakeholders We actively consulted with young people, parents, schools, and community partners to shape our programmes. Feedback was gathered through surveys, debrief sessions, and informal discussions, ensuring that activities met the needs and interests of participants while maintaining accessibility for those who might otherwise face barriers. Part 3 - Community benefit This year, we achieved another record level of engagement. In total, just under 1,100 young people participated in our activities, gaining new skills, confidence, and positive outdoor experiences.
