The company has supported early career professionals in Nottingham and wider across the world through direct and community support. The company opened in November 2023. During the financial year 20 November 2023 to 30 November 2024, the company's activities benefited the community in the following ways: - local residents, (particularly students and recent graduates) received targeted support to chart and develop job and career strategies. - local and international jobseekers and young talent were exposed to expert community support through online events and panel sessions where advanced professional knowledge-sharing was facilitated - digital guides, informational material and professional advise were delivered directly to jobseekers and indirectly on the company's website blog and social media - local employers were connected to local talent through tours, networking events and digital connections - community cohesion and belonging was nurtured through community events, networking socials and creative activities
The company's stakeholders are local young people who want to or are studying, working or engaged in creative or professional activity. International jobseekers, students and advanced career professionals are also members of our community who support early careers. All members complete a short survey of their interests, needs and goals, this helps us support each individual and guarantees their input in community activities. We send regularly newsletters to our community and facilitate communication of ideas, suggestions and direction. We send out frequent questionnaires and surveys to decide on community activity and thoughts. We also have direct conversations with community members at events and consultation sessions.
