Year Ending: 30 November 2023

Company activities and impact

This year, our care home has made a meaningful difference in the community by creating a warm and welcoming space that brings people together across generations. We strengthened bonds with local schools, churches, and volunteer groups, providing opportunities for young people to learn from our residents’ wisdom while giving our residents joy and purpose through companionship. By hosting community events, supporting local charities, and offering work and training opportunities, we not only enriched the lives of those within our home but also extended that care outward. Our efforts have helped reduce loneliness, encouraged community spirit, and ensured that our home remains a valued, supportive presence at the heart of the neighbourhood.
