The users who receive calls and/or visits also states they feel less lonely and more connected to their community. Service users in nursing/care homes also looks forward to visits as some do not have any family or friends or they don’t have anyone that lives close to them, so are happy when they receive visits and have someone advocate on their behalf and allow them to connect with loved ones via social media platforms.

We regularly seek feedback on the services and activities provided and what services members would like us to provide. This is done verbally and via questionnaires.
