In the space provided below, please insert a general account of the company’s activities in the financial year to which the report relates, including a description of how they have benefited the community. Forward Ever Inclusive Education CIC are a community interest company that specialises in the youth, youth justice, education and social care sectors. The organisation provides consultancy, training and projects to meet the needs of youth at risk and marginalised communities. Consultancy We have provided consultancy to a number organisations including the Metropolitan Police, Catch 22, the National Youth Agency and the British Exploring Society. Training We have developed a number of training programmes for professionals working with marginalised communities including: youth at risk, individuals holding trauma, women and girls exposed to violence etc. The training has included Trauma Informed Training for arts practitioners, police officers and youth workers This has equipped professionals with relevant skills to meet the needs of hundreds of individuals nationally. Programmes/Projects Our mentoring support services have positively impacted on 100% of the recipients helping them manage school attendance, behaviour, relationships with peers and adults and their view of themselves.
Our stakeholders are children, young people, parents, members of marginalised communities, professionals in youth, youth justice, education and social care sectors. We involve them in discussions ensuring their voices are heard and their views help shape the decisions we make through face to face consultations and online surveys.
