  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover comprises income from the provision of services and donations receivable during the year. Service income is recognised when the service has been provided, the amount can be reliably measured, and it is probable that the income will be received. Donations are recognised when the CIC has entitlement to the income, the amount can be reliably measured, and it is probable that the income will be received.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    The company had no tangible fixed assets during the year.

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    The company had no intangible fixed assets during the year.

    Valuation information and policy

    The company does not hold any assets or liabilities that require revaluation.

    Other accounting policies

    Basis of preparation The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to small companies, and in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A, under the historical cost convention. Debtors and creditors Debtors and creditors are recognised at the settlement amount due or payable. Taxation The charge for taxation is based on the result for the year and takes into account taxation deferred because of timing differences between the treatment of certain items for taxation and accounting purposes.
