The company acquired the whole of the issued share capital in Parton Road Properties Ltd on 19 March 1997. The company is a property investment company and prepares accounts to 31 March 2025.
The profit for the year of this sole subsidiary amounted to £109,812 (2024 : £52,516).
Unrealised gains on the revalutaion of investment properties amounted to £1,404,963 (2024 : £1,450,671).
Net assets amounted to £2,473,647 (2024 : £2,409,543).
The amount of the total investment in the shares of the subsidiary undertaking is stated by way of the equity method of valuation.
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies for the year ended 31 March 2025.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
