Our aims and vision is to offer support, education and signpost local groups in the north west region such as the Bereavement Cafe and Dementia Cafe. As mental health advocates we aim to promote emotional well-being, empowerment and confidence to vulnerable groups by being involved in supporting healthy lifestyles, and aim to support and impact those that are less fortunate, supporting local people from the cradle to the grave. Over the last year we have secured grants from Salford CVS, Bolton CVS and Bury Council working collaboratively on these bids with other CICS and charities in the north-west. We have delivered numerous workshops advocating health, cancer awareness, well being and creativity.
