For the year ending 31 December 2024 the LLP was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) relating to small LLPs.
The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard) and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
The LLP ceased trading on 1 February 2017. No turnover was recognised in the current or prior year.

During the year, the LLP had transactions with its members. At the year end, amounts due from members totalled £139,885 (2023 – £142,488). These balances are included within debtors and loans and other debts due to members respectively.
The LLP has the following balances with related parties under common ownership and control:
Paper Properties Ltd: Creditor of £11,000 (2024: £11,000) representing a refundable deposit. Unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
Dark Sports: Creditor of £12,224 (2024: £12,224). Unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
Dark Sports: Debtor of £37,968 (2024: £37,968). Unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
Draxxus Direct Ltd: Debtor of £168,000 (2024: £168,000). Unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
In the period under review the LLP was controlled by its designated members.
