1. General Information

Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 03842316 . The registered office is The Barn, Holly Berry House Rough Park, Hamstall Ridware, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 3SQ. Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the company in the event it was to be liquidated.

2. Average Number of Employees

Average number of persons, including directors, employed by the company (none of whom were remunerated) during the year was: 8 (2024: 8)

3. Company limited by guarantee

The company is limited by guarantee and has no share capital.

Every member of the company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of a winding up, such an amount as may be required not exceeding £1.

4. Related Party Transactions

During the year the company has utilised the professional services of a Chartered Accountant, being the wife of a director, to prepare periodic and annual financial information for which no charge has been made. Charges totalling £5,592 (2024 - £5,861) were made in respect of the provision of a registered office address and for book keeping services.

The company has also utilised the professional services of an IT company run by another director to maintain its websites, and supply software licences from third parties such as hosting fees, domain names and office products, without which it could not operate. Charges, excluding third party software licences totalling £8,040 (2024 - £5,440) were incurred.

For the year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
