During the year accountancy fees amounting to £3,375 (2023: £3,000) were recharged by The Forward Property Group Limited, a related entity.
Working capital loans are advanced between the company and related parties from time to time.

Included within Creditors: amounts falling due within one year (note 6) £3,203 (2023: £3,696) owed to The Forward Property Group Limited, a related entity, and £906 (2023: £Nil) owed by Forward Construction and Developments Limited.
These above companies are related by virtue of a common directorship.
All of these loans with related companies have no fixed repayment terms and interest is not charged.
