3 Related party transactions
At 1st January 2024, Mr P J Denaro, a director of the company had an outstanding loan due from the company of £950.00 (2023: £Nil). During the year to 31st December 2024, Mr Denaro made further loans to the company totalling £80 (2023: £950). The balance of the loans outstanding at 31st December 2024 was £1,030. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand.
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
